Shipping and Delivery

Each Solz piece is handcrafted with dedication and care, and shipped from Colombia. It takes us between 1 and 4 business days to prepare and pack your order before shipping. Orders are sent to the address provided at checkout. Once the package has been handed over to the courier service, Solz is not responsible for loss, theft, or packages marked as delivered. We recommend ensuring that the address provided is correct and secure.

Important: Carefully verify that your address is complete. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be resent with an additional charge for the new shipping cost.

Each piece is unique and may show subtle variations compared to the images on the website; these small differences are part of the charm of handmade work.

If a package is lost during transit, we will do our best to help you track it, although we cannot assume responsibility once it is marked as delivered by the shipping company.

Exchanges and
Returns

Once payment is completed, cancellations are not accepted, but you may request an exchange for another available product before your order has been shipped. We encourage you to review the measurements, materials, and descriptions of each piece before making your purchase.

No exchanges or returns are accepted for:

  • Customized pieces or items made to order.
  • Sale or discounted products.
  • Gift cards.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at info@solz.co with the following information:

  • Order number or receipt.
  • Registered name and email.
  • Brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photo of the affected area or defect.

Once the case is reviewed and the return approved, you must send us the product for evaluation. If it meets the criteria, we will issue a refund or provide store credit. Refund times depend on your bank or issuing entity.

Important: Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is considered defective, in which case Solz will cover those costs. Natural wear of materials or signs of use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Care of
the Pieces

Each Solz piece is entirely handmade, and due to its artisanal nature, it requires special care to preserve its beauty over time.

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, or lotions.
  • Store your pieces in a dry place, away from humidity and direct sunlight.
  • If they get dirty, clean them gently with a dry, soft cloth.
  • Remember: each thread and each bead is woven with history and meaning.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal, PayU, and bank transfers (Bancolombia). For direct bank transfers, contact us at info@solz.co to receive the banking details.
